<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Characteristic Weaknesses Transformed into Strengths:
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Virtues are natural to Man, and when desired, when called upon, when prayed for sincerely, deliberately and needfully induced, their messengers will beckon and their characteristics shall be grafted to our being. The weakness shall be restored into that which it was originally destined to become, as follows:
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Warehousing falsehoods and conducting meaningless occupations, denotes inner and outer deficits in discernment, and in subsequent knowing. When redeemed through learning which brings satisfaction, results and further inspiration, the ability to be and to do ‘nothings’ becomes a virtue of Serenity; afforded to the individual, who regardless of multiple disappointments (through poor investments of self) still makes the effort to go forward onto substantial striving.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">For the fellow who has sought to mischievously promote falsehoods, disseminating that which they inwardly know to be incredulous and incomprehensible, there becomes such stern consequence during subsequent lifetimes (namely, imbecility) that they are eventually awakened to the moral life, tasting the virtues of Goodness. Cunning is stripped off them, and also the ability to lie … for it is common to universal prudence, that for those who misrepresent the truth wilfully, they shall be annihilated unto their own stupidity so promoted. “We must tame the viper (the tongue) of its poisons and deceits, and redeem it well with sweet words, pure kindnesses, and praisings of the Lord!”

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The indulgence in falsities – passionless mundane thinking, foregoing discrimination for frivolity and laziness, indulging in the trivial – these aspects of uncouth behaviour do transmute (eventually) into virtues of being purged.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Curiously there is a benefit to spiritual and physical chaff – it makes for good roughage, a good cleansing. Frivolities are not in themselves malevolent characteristically, they are simply without nourishment. When we take to ourselves that which will not bear purpose or prove satisfying, we evacuate the substance or the concept fast from us. This process does also assist the same evacuation of the more undesirable properties as well, and so the blessing here can be that the sinister is swept away, alongside the unsubstantiated maya, in great naivety.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The Knight of the Starry Complex gives of himself to that round table (the Earth) and its great cause (Our Christ) with temerity and lasting service.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">On a quest, behalf of Humanity
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">to find and to prove Absolute LOVE
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">he comes to the one CERTAINTY for all,
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">and because of that knowing

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">A thing so totally pervasive

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">As to be almost unseen.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">That has not blossomed beyond belief?

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Reap the seed of Karma’s bonds?

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Never, no!

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Rather shape hedge, cut flowers

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">From our seeds seedlings and acorns

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Have grown,

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">It cannot be otherwise,

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">And even when pruning comes

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Those doomed parts make way for greater growth

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Toward the light,

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">‘tis Grace too

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Not even death

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">But transformed be

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">To Mother Earth

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">As the mustard seed

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Has the greatest faith of all

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Thru Grace.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Then plant and speak and send the seeds,

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The thoughts, the arrows swift

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Exercise 1
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Tools required:
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">A Questionnaire

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">A conversational partner

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Concluding a conversation, ask the person you have been in dialogue with if they would attempt to answer some questions you might have for them.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Prepare the questionnaire ahead of time – you may choose the samples below, or work from your own – and do not, by any accounts react in a discouraging way to the fellow you are probing, no matter what answer is given! When people answer something candidly, they do so in good faith, and so we must endeavour to remove criticism from our hearts and minds before and after any pertinent discourse, else do not ask them for their honesty, as this is a betrayal of confidence.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">After the questionnaire has been fulfilled, compare your own thoughts with answers you may have guessed for them, privately. Ponder your accuracy or inaccuracies in this matter.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Thank the participant.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The flying of kites and banners and flags announces manifestation!
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The kite says: “We reach heavenward, but our string is held tight”, <span style="font-family: "helvetica neue", arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">the banner says: “We want the world to know of us”;
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">whilst the flag says: “I am”.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">There are many ways aside from yelling that we may announce our firm presence within the world – and amongst some of these ways, there can be return benefits that help us to re-establish our place and position as we go. One of these ways is through the flag or the banner.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">A banner can be something exposed to the elements outside, but it can also, in this context, be a material depiction affirming a reality we want reinforced within this world.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">In other words, a banner can be considered also as perhaps a framed poem, or single word, a symbol or a photograph which is displayed … showed for the purpose of reaffirming, reasserting, the reality it represents.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">It is not an invocation as such, because that would imply that it is something of the future which we wish to call in - something which is not already present. Rather than that, it is moreover something of an existing reality for which we wish to proclaim, recreate or make permanent.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">One can therefore ask themselves what it is that they seek to further and perpetuate. All visual hangings imbibe their surroundings with a certain presence (and ‘broadcast’ this presence permanently). It is suggested that we take a careful note of our residence in this regard and ask ourselves if the pictures and banners are representative of our chosen selves utterly – and keep this in mind for future choosings as well. <span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Also, we can consciously regard the banners of others quite carefully within their homes and workplaces, asking ourselves for some quick discernment along the way.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The flying of kites offers us a happy insight through the physical practice itself, of our relationship to both the solid ground beneath us and to the depths of the sky above us. Rarely do we perceive the sheer height that there is, vaulted above, simply because the atmosphere is too constricting to permit a direct sensation of this wonderful expanse – however, and accordingly we do not gauge either, just how high we can reach when assisted by the winds and a little cloth sail!
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Part of the process of discernment begins in finding out what it is that we are not, what it is that we do not know – that we may begin to ask the relevant questions and pursuits to recover the deficits once recognised. Esoterically we work out from strengths all of the time, and the ability for self-review (even if it is a harsh critique) is a strength to be exercised. Our manifold talents embrace the prospect of yet further development and do not despise ideas or yearnings for improvement. The inherent nature of Life-universal is creative – it aspirates upon improvement, not static.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">We can help navigate our kite, but are reliant upon the winds which uphold them. There is only so much skill a kite-flyer may rely upon, before he realises that the factors beyond are too vast and too great to predict more than a moment to moment judgement – and as alarming as this may be, it is something which is joyful to admit to. For we are not responsible for the winds, and we are not controlling the length and breadth of the skies, and we have no more than a little thin string connecting us to what is up there!
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Meeting Faith halfway: Knowledge is the ego’s wisdom, whereas wisdom is the soul’s knowing; and what we cannot know within the ego, but rather in the soul, requires Faith for us to maintain consciously.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The egoic consciousness may suspect that there is more to be known that it already has experienced … that the soul indicates this, and whispers of its view. For we are often curious about something, yet have no real basis to feel or believe ourselves so; we are encouraged by the soul’s perspective continually, yet do not have the language to translate or transcribe. Certain events needs be played out and experiences made quite real, before we can grasp with clarity just what it was that originally hearkened us from the inner vantage. And it has required a measure of faith to facilitate the leaping from this innate wisdom to acquired and experienced knowledge.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Intelligence can only explore territory upon its own level. Science and intellectualism alone cannot find that which it cannot provide the means to identify. Yet the life which preceded all intelligence, and that which encapsulates its knowing cannot be comprehended by it – at least not in its complete and magnificent form. This is why some sciences of the world are destined to bring less than half-truths into their thinking – as conformative to their rationalisations as they may be, they will be incomplete if confined to that level alone.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The wearing of glasses (sunglasses or optical lenses) has a direct affect upon our thinking, and our reviewing processes. Firstly in this, it becomes an act of deliberation to put on a pair of eyewear and adjust our viewing, and secondly, whenever we change over from our own eyes’ focus to a modified view, we are corrupting the exchange which the eyes truly ‘sense’ in the reality passing before them – and for what lies in between. However, and having said this, this intervention is regarded by the thinking processes as something of a ‘wakeup’ – the effects are not of confusion, but of a sharper clarity. Folk who wear reading glasses will know the overall feeling of concentration being enhanced and of readiness, when they first put their spectacles on. The very same applies also for sunshades as well.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">(We do not recommend that you use focus altering lenses if you do not need them. As an alternative coloured spectacles with true-to-life refraction can be useful also.)
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/spiritualscience/
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21846031.post-35671457874219773322018-05-02T19:31:00.000+10:002018-05-07T10:41:11.763+10:00Chapter 14- Reaching for the Stars: Recommended

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Activities Recommended:
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The wearing of glasses

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Walking with a walking stick used to be a preferred way of trekking, or taking a nature walk; being not only so wonderfully useful for steadying, shying and probing, but also as an aid to enhance the relationship the individual has to his or her surroundings.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Via the stick, there becomes a correspondence between the hand and the earth beneath us: the forces which emanate out through the fingers are directed specifically into a rod which carries them through to the ground. (This will occur via metal or wood.) This staff not only conducts itself the one way, but receives into it also immediate emanations from the ground up as well, which are translated and read by the sensitivities connected to the hand.*
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The effect is twofold and results in our bonding with our environment in a way which is more informed and well focused. Our own egoic forces are somewhat constrained and channelled thus, being directed through the rod and are involved with the stern reality beneath the feet. This is especially helpful for people who are ‘wandering’ within their thinking, having difficulty being aware of the reality begging around them; and of course for finding one’s way on bushwalks!
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">*Note: The forces as described are not examples of the entire output of egoic emanatory efforts, but relating to those meridians which express themselves through dynamic effort and out into the world through the fingertips themselves.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The Playing of Jazz Music is listed here to characterise those activities (such also as Waxing Lyrical) which go on and on to no particular end. Such activities invite both mind and being into stupefaction, simply because no real finale (or desire to end) is sensed.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">In conversation – in either language or music – we intuitively comprehend much before it is presented or acknowledged consciously. It is not difficult to second-guess most repartees – as such is our participation, on many levels unspoken and ‘unheard’, yet known by us completely.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">However, there is much confusion when there is no conclusion! <span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">And, without much ado, thus ends this subject!
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">There is a pretence amongst some folk that they can achieve certain things by their own actions, which are in fact, an impossibility. This pretence can take many guises and amongst all of us there are countless instances which can be cited upon review. If you are prepared to be candid about your own behaviours in this, you will be surprised throughout the course of a week the number that you shall come across: ranging from the meagre misconception about one’s own self-worth and capability, through to the extreme of illusory pride imagining oneself to be King of the World.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Accompanying such pretences shall be habitual compulsions which beg their reaffirmation. In other words, not only will we exaggerate our own value with something, but do so repeatedly, and to a point of obsession.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">There are a few reasons why this is so, but the relevant one here belongs to the transverse properties of Star-Reaching when we believe that we have arrived at a hoped-for destination before we have actually got there. Holding a positive projection about who we are and how effective we can be in the world is extremely useful – however, it becomes a hindering vanity when future improvements are dismissed because we are believing our projections before the actuality. This is one of the difficulties of having faith in a destination we do not know of. Quite possibly many pilgrims have asked “are we there yet?” when they haven’t already left their compounds.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Added to this there are such impossibilities which no one can overcome. Quite often this may involve some of our deepest wants. For a bereaved individual there may be the impossible “if onlys”, for the healer, and the evangelist there are also a set of ‘if onlys’ – and these conditions make for yet more insecurity in both mind and soul because in truth they cannot and therefore will not materialise into the envisioned eventuality.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Dishonesty renders the soul derelict. Self-compromise pits and pores the egoic shell. Perpetuating dishonest realities impinges upon all who are concerned, holding each and every one within a confused disarray, inhibited from beginning upon their individual destiny.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">And so, in this we are saying that if one is given to promoting a dishonest view, even when it comes to self-worth, they will be ineffectual in that which they are trying to be part of, whereas if they can obtain the candid outlook, reality will be far more pliable to their hopes and envisionings.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The futures cannot respond to the unreasonable or to the vain. This is of course contrary to what many may have originally believed: i.e. that the futures are welcomed by the ‘dreamers’ and the non-sensical … when in reality they are as but lost seeds to the wind, if not grounded. (Luke 8:15: But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.)
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">And so, it is asked about the severity of statement – whereupon we view dishonesty in terms of those who might simply exaggerate their hopes, or conceal something protectively: What of these dishonesties? What of the positive thinker, and the grafting on of virtue? A man with ideals may become qualified because of them, yet he is still obliged during the time of development to admit to that which he is and that which he is not. This is both for the sake of himself as well as for others. Truity is best - what we are to be known by, regardless of the faults we may confess for the very sake and saving of that honesty about our selves.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">False prophets and other such showmen (most of the time) set out to please people. In point of fact, their winningness comes from such a talent, a talent which compromises the truth in its very cunning. False hopes and false promises eventually prove themselves, leaving the disappointed to recover what they can and begin again.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">However, such promise-givers do live within our own psyche also … eager to make happy, eager to entertain – introducing an entire repertoire for the song-and-dance of forthcoming “if only’s”.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">“If only I was a wealthy man, then I would surely be happy”, and “if only I did such and such, so and so, then I too could be rich like him” and so it goes. All of the ‘happy’ lines within our own minds, the vaudeville patter which, in the long run, is characterised by only the absurd. God save us from these ‘venerable’ vulnerables, we pray.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">To have authority – authorship – is to be the originator of that in which you wield the enforceable sovereignty … whilst to be with an authoritarian <span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">demeanour is to pretend to such authorship, yet not hold the signature keys for that claim to be rightly so.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">There are two prospects within the realm of spiritual teaching which are good. One is that of the man or woman, who through their marvels and findings can go on to share inspirations that they have firsthand explored; with generosity and natural learning being keenly sensed by those around them. The other is far more contrived and deliberate on behalf of the teacher, one who has the authority to make certain presentations because he knowingly bears also the karma for that which he delivers. For the latter to be such a teacher there needs be an immediate perception which tells the individual comprehensively of the very nature of they who are being taught, and exactly what resounds within them as a consequence of further experience and information. This then weighs against more of the same.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Knowledge carries with it a life essence and is fundamentally a living material which evolves within the beings who seek to contain it. When it is passed on from one to another, there is a relationship of signatures which also transpires, an influence of consciousness in the exchange, and a developing relationship of that knowledge as it draws to it associated wisdoms in consequence. So to claim to have full authority within the realms of thinking in this world, it is essential that there is a commensurate faculty of perception which livingly tracks the processes and origins, finding the beneficial, the remedial and also the progressive elements amongst the sloth.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">We mention this therefore to caution the would-be teacher, who understands not the differences between that of their own talents and of those who do bear a qualified authority. The latter variety is a condition which will come after much discerning (and also when the very physical condition complies); whilst the former sharings are not to be denied their worth, or thought the less of, just because the perspective is now the more defined.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Once upon a time there was an Atlantean King … one amongst many such kings, for in the times that we recall, practically every walking man had royal lineage proven and maintained. And so, once upon a time there were hundreds of thousands of Atlantean Kings, and one in particular we shall speak of, who by his creations marked history and subsequently created a destiny.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">If you could see back into that age you would find (amongst many, many other things besides) that there was a prevalence of magic, of great and vast conjurations, inpouring into the world – much faster than the technology produces new images in the sober-cyberspace we have today! Quicker than you could download some animated and talented cartoon, you could actually create one – manifest one – you could make one.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Now the Atlanteans have a wonderful reputation for being quite intimate with the plant kingdom, or more specifically, in using their powers. In one parallel paradise story we find that Adam-Man comes forth representing the new age which is yet to come, and Yester-Eve is produced out from the memories and times before, (from him as recollect within his bones) – and presents Adam-Man with an orange.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The rape of the ecology within this world is nothing new to the memory long-held within our beloved plant-kingdom. One way or another there has been a counter-urge amongst a great few men to change and control forces belying the very wellbeing of the planet – venturing where it was not their place or kinship to go, attempting to sub-create alongside armies of imported elementals.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">We all know how the story of this war concluded – quite simply, Nature won. She toppled and trashed, deluged and sank their arrogance from far beneath them.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">But before the tumultuous happenings cracked and screamed, before the magicians grew too strong and too proud believing themselves quite real; before the Kings were dethroned and their servants returned into freedom … the colour (and the fruit) orange did not exist.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Firstly, the quality of the light and of the sun was quite different during those earlier conditions. Deep browns and reds, pale yellows and certainly bronze golds were plainly visible – even perhaps a darker tangerine, or citrine, topaz or mustard soil. But not the carrot, the pumpkin, bright mandarin or synthetic orange orange. These were not available, until our King procured the colour and the fruit from a much older and sulphurous planet which we had once inhabited as a race of spiritual men.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">In the orange we find a blend of sun-forces today - those which were hidden during times of an ancient world, those which were paling, yet existent in forces during a much earlier episode; those of today, and something too of the future. We also have a certain tension within this fruit because of this extraordinary synthesis.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Can you imagine the marvelling at the manifestation of a very new colour? As immediately as it was apparent and incarnate within the fruit on the tree, it became quite visible elsewhere and all over! Shortly after this mystical pioneer was given deity status. Folk began wearing robes entirely of orange, denoting the ‘new age’ and their love for their ingenious master.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Millenniums later, the oils, the blossoms, the pulp and the juices were given to still be a token of opulent invention. Instinctively folk knew also that this colour did not yet belong in the world … that it is here, but not here – was with us, will be with us, but today is not quite here – although seen.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">This King of this story … his name was Beelzebub. He caused kingdoms to divide amongst themselves, by disrupting the etheric world with his own designs – designs which combined with influences out of sequence, out of a specific timing. The fruit itself may appear fresh when it is rotten and decaying etherically within. The colour itself expires more light than it receives according to its merit. Initiated by the fantastique it is a reminder of the beginning of the undoing amongst Men, when a great race was broken through the interfering of a counterfeit other.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Today the colour – bright orange – has been received and taken up by the plant kingdom with a good naturedness and good nurturedness, commanding a future place in both floral and vegetably. The world itself finds the colour to be humorous (not to be taken seriously), those incarnate devotees of B’bub still wear it and revere it as a promise to some kind of new future, whilst the incarnatees of an older Atlantis shun its presence accordingly.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Whilst the fruit should not be deigned as evil, it can not either be classified as good. For about it, although lessened, are opposing forces which are not conducive to the health or inner ecology of Man. Christ’s presence is there, as is the Sun of today – however, it is remonstrate of a false promise made real – something to be a’feared much more than the false promises which dissolve upon their uncommitted utterance.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">ORANGE: (RED/YELLOW)
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">How active a colour! You can feel it jumping up and down, pulling at the hem of your garment! This is the colour of youth. Dynamic, ceaseless, vibrant, the impulse of hope activated with great and motivating desire.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Although we take the future for granted, even that which is predictable, it is perhaps the largest of errs to believe it to be so. Whilst there is cyclic repetition, there is also a law which commands certain change. Remarkably, although we are served well by our trust in particular eventualities, it is a wisdom also to work all beginnings, understanding what it is that we do not really know.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">This is the two-edged truth of Reaching for the Stars …to hold to a hope in certain, eventually worth investing ourselves in, whilst trying to bravely perceive that we can never be guaranteed of anything. If we can properly grasp the latter, we become less prone to false hope which promises everything, but effects nothing.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The question then becomes: how do we recognise a false hope from a real one? A false science from the true? Scripturally, the answer is: “From their fruits you shall know them”.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Providing that eternity continues we have much, much time to test the futures within. Throughout given failures we will endure. For those who do invest and work for the best of ideals, they will engrave their longings in happenstance, they will realise their imaginings by the very effort put in, in the trying.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">For this is how we are spiritually creative – we begin with the fumblings and the means to answer our desires are worked out and shown to us exactly how to achieve that which we did first envisage. Master Edison did not ‘know’ of an exact light-bulb which was waiting ethereally for him to discover … he CREATED the idea and as to how it would work, and then the spiritual worlds set about to find a way as to making this happen. It was not a preceding concept waiting for him to discover, but rather one which he, by desire and his own imagination, had conjured into manifestation.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">And so it goes …
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">For a point of interest, here is a summation of the twelve dietary exercises as given for the twelve:
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Dietary Exercise Suggested:
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Planting the seed, and eating its produce
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">This chapter is about both beginnings and their eventualities, and the faith required between the two – and so it is only fitting that for the dietary exercise concluding here we have both a seed and a plant made known by us.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Although not previously stated, the texts given in this book have offered yet one more perspective upon the zodiacal tendencies as borne out within our esoteric starry natures. You can find (although in a different running order of course) profiles which you will recognise, talents and inclinations, alongside also the emphasis as is given to each within their elemental strengths and notations.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Astrology has long set about to infer from the heavenly bodies that which causal astronomy could not. One of the reasons it could do this was because of its audacity in presuming that it could and can be done. Added to this it is interesting to say, that the astronomers who blithely view the stellar activities generally react with horror at the concept of their being an esoteric implication to their ‘science’ … whilst the configurations of the astrologer are no less accurate in their tracking, yet embellished with an understanding which speaks more about significance than it does of matter.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">This is a controversial argument and in one sense borders upon the absurd. However, from the point of view of the spiritual seeker, it is most relevant for we have two main concerns:
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">That further knowledge and esoteric insight cannot be gained without a measure of bridging faith. That many futures will not be brought into consequence if we do not enact upon an impassioned commitment to an outcome that cannot be proven until it eventuates. (This being both the nature of the Futures and of Christ in His Action here also.)

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">That our founding concepts may indeed be incorrect, that our bearings be so misplaced initially and our main priori be dislocated from such truths as are redeemingly pertinent, that the true outcome is not perceived by us and is therefore fraught with consequent danger.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">In other words, it is essential that we are given some kind of correct guidance from the outset as to how a particular seed should be planted, that it will hopefully sprout and go on to realise a productful maturity. And also, the discrimination to recognise this advice in its validity. We are required therefore to have in this process:
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">a seed

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">a conviction that this planting will effect an outcome

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">a hope that the outcome will be good

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">a projected picture concept of what that outcome might be

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">a desire for the outcome itself

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">the correct additives (sun, soil, water)

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">the correct advice

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">the correct conditions

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">the correct determining karma (perhaps and depending)

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">cooperation (from the seed and its kingdom)

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">attendance (follow-up duties after the initial planting)

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">The Holy Trinine (Our Father’s approval, Our Beloved Christ’s <span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Signature & the Holy Spirit’s Life)

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">As fundamental as this may sound, it is nonetheless just as practical a guide, when pursuing those learnings which are profoundly so unknowable in their totality, yet spiritually palpable in semi-entirety!

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">What it does not offer however, is a plan given for an outcome which cannot be known, because it is so new, it has not yet happened. These outcomes can only begin in our envisionings, our hopes, our creativity, our whisperings from the spiritual hierarchical architects, and from our greatest and deepest of loves.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Virtues are natural to Man, and when desired, when called upon, when prayed for sincerely, deliberately and needfully induced, their messengers will beckon and their characteristics shall be grafted to our being. The weakness shall be restored into that which it was originally destined to become, as follows:

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Bitterness comes from the retaining of falsehoods. Although a genuine sadness may belie a harrowing upset, it is often perpetuated within an individual long after the event by resentments which are unempathetic and exaggerated.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">You see, in truth it is not of Man to injure or to cause harm. It is never of Man because it is not of Christ. When events occur that cause pain and hardship they are instigated from the lower realms and criminal only to the condition of ego presently as is – weak and susceptible.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Individuals who come to truth, who embrace both understanding and knowing, inevitably come to Love. In this we can say (and at peace) to those who cause harm, that they know not what they do and therefore we can forgive.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Bitterness, therefore when redeemed, can become this flower of forgiveness which embraces the noble and endearing qualities of those around us, relinquishing the persistent cries for ungivable solace, finding true perspective, even amongst the hardships known.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The enjoyment of disasters and ruin of others is wilfully and intentionally malicious. It still comes under the category of not knowing what one does in respect to the idiotic karmic repercussions which concur because of this ruinistic conjecture.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">One could imagine that this trait would tranverse into its opposite – that one could develop some helpful forethought and consideration thereby. This is not the case. What it does eventually become in time is: karmic suffering, followed by bitterness, followed by the resolution found (as above) in forgiveness.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">This of course means also the forgiveness of oneself for the ill-will as shown to the others around them as well.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The tending to bonfires and barbecues is a stimulant for the inspiration – whilst also, if there are others present, a wonderful community, communitive inspirationally as well!

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The staff barbecue at the place of employment; the festival bonfire; the ‘say-goodbye-to-the-old’ burn-off; the kiln-pit firing; even the ol’ spit-roast … brings inspiration to the party attending, and inspires the group as a whole.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">If you watch people who are gathered around a fire you will see that the emphasis is that of the folk being relieved from eye contact with one another. A lot of the time it is acceptable for the gaze to go to the flames and relax there, taking too the thought, and the time for thought.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Conversation is less hurried and the mood is more pensive. We are drawn to take in the aspects of the fire, as it takes to itself much and expires it rapidly.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Fires are a lovely way help us find the quiet connections that we have and maintain them. The tending of them is a great and responsible service.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Dedicated art incorporates, with adhesiveness, the spiritual worlds and their devotion into our physical habitat. We can learn to creatively, distinctively and consciously be artful in much that we do.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">For example: if we are delivering a prayer or communion amongst others, or in simple dialogue which is inspired, we can embellish that which we do which ordinarily otherwise could be perfunctory routine to us. The embellishment need not be of ‘bad taste’, but rather something which is creatively added to and made wonderful by us in the very attempt to do so.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Folk instinctively respond to creativity with much delight. It proves firstly the curious nature we hold about us, the quirk and the quark, so to speak. Secondly, creativity is so revered and respected by the angelic humors, as this is not a talent that they are given to of themselves, but can appreciate much through the unpredictability of humankind.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Becoming artful is another way of becoming thoughtful. The sinister connotation this word has been given to indicates some kind of cunning or guile … whereas in its proper propriety it represents someone who is creatively and consciously (skilfully too) working to enhance the mundane with their imaginative talents.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Walking on water (in both the spiritual and physical context) is a condition whereby our relationship with the Divine Ego is supported and made buoyant, rather than drowned or held down, in the deep.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">This is important and vital ideology to the Christian soul who seeks the egoic stronghood as is promised to him. Prior to this outer and inner example as was made clear by our beloved Christ, it was a presumed and given tenet that development meant subjugation to the seas of eternal splendour. We were all led to believe that Father God Himself was uncompromising, and that our own parts of egoic rapture were to be confiscated for the sake of the greater, all engulfing, cosmic whirlpools of a ‘higher consciousness’.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">However,
it is Christ that taught us that we could dance upon the waters. The
uncanny truth to this is that whilst an individual is concealed from
that understanding he may well be so contained and subservient to all
kinds of ‘larger’ influences – which although of Father God may not
necessarily be of Christ or pertinent to Man. Yet, wonderfully, when he
has the revelation of his own strength within … and the right to be that
strong … he cannot be held captive anymore. The freedom of spirit, of
both ego and soul, is instantaneous!

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Activities Recommended:

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Convalescence in Prayer

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The wearing of blue garments

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The tending to bonfires and barbeques

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Dedicated art

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Walking on Water

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Convalescence in Prayer is a restorative like no other! For the irreligious it often comes to pass that the quickest and most effective turnaround for their entire conscious grappling with the divine, is through that one simple prayer, humbly and honestly coming back to Him.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Everyone has a right to pray. Praying does not lift us up and away from this world, but rather draws the heavens closer to us … to also, in consequence, be drawn closer and deeper into the physical as well.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Praying silently offers us a sense of solemn privacy which is quite blessed. Folk often wonder as to how it would be should every individual be competently telepathic – stories depict the need for speech becoming obsolete – however, and importantly, we can consider this for just one moment … <span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">There is a time given to the quiet resolvings, and a time for active expression. We know cosmically that we have both Father God and Christ, His active emissary, His Divine Word making tangible a complexity of realms.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">As people, our first thought as to our own private world of thought is wrought with relief that we are not so revealed so easily – that were others to read our minds before we had the time to prepare them for viewing we should be embarrassed at the intrusion, at the very least. But there is a bigger perspective than this convenience (the convenience of keeping our thoughts to ourselves until we see fit to disclose them) and that is the matter of Formulation and of Issue.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">To begin with it can be cited that it is not unusual for very religious individuals to be beautifully spoken, in decided and deliberate speech. Conversely to this, when the element of religion is withdrawn from their makeover, or underdeveloped, the processes of formulating thought and working upon the considered talk given out, is wanting. These individuals often lack a sensitivity also, in relation to others’ impressions of them. The flow of speech is not contained or controlled, and they are unempathetic to the rhythms and needs of the other parties in the discussion.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Now, in relation to the greater aspects of this Formulating and of Issue there is a fundamental truth which says:

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">From the fountain I get water,
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">but from the ground I get mud.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">It is necessary for us to raise our thoughts above the day-to-day, above the mundane, out from the worldly, separated enough that we may find a useful clarity both materially and spiritually. We do this in part with our simple and private thinking – we do this most wonderfully when we confer our reasonings with Father God.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The wearing of blue garments is most encouraging to the would-be religious! If you gazed at a room full of people and looked to their egos you should see a collection of dazzling blue skies – together forming the one ether of blue – the one sky.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Yet another fantastic conundrum! That amongst men who are ‘divided’ by their individualities, kept separate and distinct by the very nature of their beloved egos, they are also so beautifully conjoined in the one expanse of space, in the soft blue depths, lit from consciousness, divinity and soul.<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The wearing of the colour blue brings this into our understanding.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The eating of blue-veined cheeses:

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Monastic orders of the past were competent and celebrated cheese-makers. Their products were not only good for storage and taste, but had the added value of being “the stuff which was binded” – albeit from some remarkably questionable sources; alongside the prayers said during the setting!

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">However, the eating of blue-veined cheeses is particularly deleterious to the would-be religious, as it is representative to the being of a binded whole becoming infiltrated by an immigrant - and weakened thereby.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Social climbing is sociopathic. Class-consciousness is offensive to Christ. It is enthralling to see however that during the history of many great charities, within Religion, it has been the ‘higher’ classes which have rallied together, in ways that the lower could not hold the fervour for.
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The desire to better oneself is admirable, yet the desire to be seen to be better than others is not. Social climbing is not confined to the wealthy or moderately wealthy. The poison begins in the lower classes who sadly dismiss the goodness within their own society – forsaking their humanity for a secondary sense of worth.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Once again we come to the theme of false-values opposing the forces which work ever within the religious, of true value. If our first reference is to Father God, then we cannot err - first counsel, first source of wisdom. Many folk believe that it is a harmless interest reading such literature as is gossip from unreliable sources – often the trivial respect given to the subjects implies that it is also a trivial matter considering them. However, if we lack insight as to another person and refer to events or characteristics which are of themselves unqualifiable, we are injuring our own sense of future discernment in the process.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">False judgements mar our ability to reason. They compound and accumulate – because an untruth simply will not go away until it has been seen for what it is. This is why people often repeat untruths over and over, again and again – because the untruths are presenting back to the consciousness, which is given a choice in that moment to either further them or correct them, depending.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">So we may gather to ourselves many, many such adoptions, that are seeking correctness, hampering the consciousness with the call to be righted. (See: Exercise 1: The Clearing of the Untruths). Therefore it is prudent to be cautious as to what material and ideas we entertain from the outset, as to whether or not they are worthy of the burden they will put upon us should they be falsehoods without a substantial source to truly qualify them.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/spiritualscience/
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21846031.post-71113618392139753052017-11-29T12:57:00.001+11:002017-11-30T07:36:31.521+11:00Chapter 13- Religious Studies: Contraindicated

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Activities Contraindicated:

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Profiteering from spiritual exploits

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Profiteering from hope

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Profiteering from alcohols or narcotics

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The eating of blue-veined cheeses

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Sociopathic social-climbing

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The indulgence in tabloid gossip

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Profiteering from Spiritual exploits can mean many things from commonplace fortune-telling to the sale of spiritual truth. There are many points to this calamity, as regards the ruination of useful talents and serious causes, attributable to a monied attachment, however today we are reviewing the concerns of the individual themselves rather than the consequences of their actions in this regard.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Inside the thinking of most folk there has to be a way of qualifying the value and worth of everything around them. This is usual to a developing discernment. We are constantly reviewing the price and cost of our involvements, and by doing so we are reasserting our choices and commitments within the world.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">It is natural for a man to wish to qualify his life this way, yet for many the way of this qualification itself may come to supersede what was to be the end intention or prize originally sought for.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">For example: I may count the number of heads in church to qualify whether or not the church is “reaching out” to people as I would hope. My prize might be that a certain salvation is won there for them … however, the number of heads really has nothing to do with one or more being salved! It may tell me of something to do with numbers of attendees, and I may qualify it in my mind as being relevant to salvation, when truly it is not.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The whole ‘counting’ thing is overrated! – as far as spiritual discerning goes a quantity of numbers can never relate to actuality in toto. Statistics are indicative only of themselves, and not of any real assumption in stead.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Truth is not worth more because people will pay for it, nor is it to be weighed by the dollar. The miser will never find the comfort he seeks by accumulating his wealth. Statistics refer only to the past, containing no essence or foreknowledge of the future.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Here we can enter in to the subject of selling hope and question its vagaries. One can offer or, at times, give hope, but once there is profiteering involved the grace which is Hope departs immediately.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">You can witness this quite readily. Watch a man or a woman who is about to buy a product which they are being told will help beautify or fructify them. There is an excitedness, whilst also an illumination about them. Then, even before using the product, even before taking the package home, watch and see that illuminated quality dissipate from the point of the very transaction.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The hope expires when the individual believes they can purchase the promise for a fee. The fee has no basis in reality in relation to healing or enhancement. The link is broken immediately. Sadly it is often the hope which would have proved a good catalyst for inspiring the change which was sought for. Materially a product might be effective, but spiritually it cannot be received when money becomes involved. In this manner we can realize that medicines and foods are best given and received without monetary exchange.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Commerce, as a healthy animal, could be a most beautiful and useful beast. Eventually Mankind will feed from the milk from this creature
– when it has matured. At present, commerce itself does not have the qualities that will one day spiritually imbibe it. It stops and starts – it is fixed in pockets which cannot or do not disperse as needed – and although it is young in the making, it has the constitution currently of an elderly and failing corpse. The heart is weak, the veins collapsed, the fat hangs heavy and the face sags at the prospect of yet one more greedy man. The infant Commerce is struggling with existence – malnourished and benign.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">
<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">When folk are alarmed at the conservation issues within the natural world, they are intuitively also comprehending the condition of Commerce today. Generally speaking, the world issues to do with tree falls, wars and racial destitution are resulting from commerce in its present state of sickness.
<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">True values do materialize wonderfully when folk work to counter these problems as best as they can. Yet spiritually speaking we have a system which of its own cannot qualify our life as well as it might – and is letting the whole of the complex world down.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The difficulty from the individual’s perspective of trying to profiteer, comes in the association immediately made real between themselves and the creature Commerce. Although we have a divine being in the making, at this point the corruption bleeds into any activity for which it is called to or involved in.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Added to this, when an individual, or corporation, becomes involved in the profiteering from alcohol or narcotics there is a further scoring upon the poor body of commerce – for when it is ill-used its failing does worsen. Equally this can be said for purchases and sales to do with any number of things injurious to man, however the entities associated with the ego-inhibiting substances fiercely and deleteriously afflict the creature Commerce. You can witness economic frailty within a race, country or institution in relation to its profiteering (not consumption) from narcotics or alcohol.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/spiritualscience/
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21846031.post-14188981276132886012017-11-23T07:21:00.004+11:002017-11-27T09:32:24.399+11:00Chapter 13- Religious Studies: Prayer

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Religious Studies

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Dietary Exercise Suggested:

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Eating alone … and with the contemplation of the invisible Host.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Commentary:

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Although the exercise for this subject could well have been consistent with the theme of communal dining, and the sharing of the one foodstuff etc. we have chosen an aspect which hopes to embrace the invisible community, Religiosity Major, and the inspirational company therein as it becomes qualified in us.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">What is perhaps not so easily reckoned with within the tangible world, is that there are many spiritual beings and departed individuals who glean experience from that of our own.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The experience itself does not (could not and should not) translate into a direct perception – i.e. seeing through our eyes, hearing through our ears, sensing as we sense – but it does commute via the impressionings gleaned in our summation of them.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">What ‘speaks’ of us, and follows on to the invisible worlds is not that of what we ordinarily experience; partly because there are no means there for them to interpret physical sensations anyway. What speaks to them is that which is born of us through a secondary consideration – usually one of inspiration, curiosity or just plain out and out wonder!

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">There is a budhi aspect which Humanity is awakened to through its religiosity. With the animal this aspect presents itself within the relationship of parent to young, and then further on with pride or herd. A like sympathy will develop to the point that the animals do feel and intuit on behalf of one another. Not only can they physically sense each other’s emotional life – feeling their fear, exploring their aggression, romping into playfulness, or driving into fiercely determined peregrinations – the animals know the collective mood, and are affected by it greatly.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">With men and women there is also the family as well, quite naturally, but adherent to this comes the greater family of the world to be known and understood. For in terms of our own spiritual natures, our state of religion can be verily measured by the sense of our own humanity. And interestingly enough this requires a talent and a tolerance which takes us out of our secular groupings and provings into a lifelong compassion which pledges for the human spirit itself – in all of its nakedness and innocence.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">You see, we identify and choose many associates from differing quarters. With most of these folk we will be obliged to be respectful to who they are and what they defend. Yet, these choosings will always be defined by us – meeting the individuals or the groups in relation, and with status which is of the world.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">In other words, I can know a fellow stamp-lover through our shared and acquired knowledge for philately, and our communicative understandings will be on a certain level respective to each other’s understandings.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Now, distinct to that form of fellowship is quite another. There is a fellowship we may come to Humanity by, and concurrently to our brothers and sisters also individually, through our relationship which is not by them or with them directly or respectively, but rather through our relationship with Father God. This is the difference between groupism, sameism, narcissism and Religion.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Religion takes us to the perception of Father God, that we may love, know and trust through His Eyes, as He does, with the Humanity around us. Our interpretive vistas are no longer restricted to that only of our own experience. Conversely also, the invisible community around us which supports His Kingdom’s Being is likewise affected by our gleanings as well.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">During our exercise of eating alone we can further this thought with the ponderings of lofty and inspired contemplations, whilst nourishing ourselves. A favourite book or meditation – something which does not require great intellectual scrutiny (mind over stomach); but rather some literature or contemplation which is harmonising and relaxing to our beings.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The benefits from this practice should be considerable in themselves. This is not an attempt to realize or compare in abstract terms what we are doing, but a time we can take in simplicity for ourselves – soothing and feeding ourselves, with an inspiration along the way, making holy the nourishment which becomes new life within us.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/spiritualscience/
Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21846031.post-89391635621317596132017-11-14T16:17:00.000+11:002017-11-23T07:16:23.322+11:00The Therapies: Weaknesses Transformed into Strengths

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Characteristic Weaknesses Transformed into Strengths:

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Virtues
are natural to Man, and when desired, when called upon, when prayed for
sincerely, deliberately and needfully induced, their messengers will
beckon,
and their characteristics shall be grafted to our being.
The weakness shall be restored into that which it was originally
destined to become, as follows:

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">A fixation on death
processes is primal to the pessimistic personality. At the core of the
imaginations and subsequent perceptions the problem speaks of the soul
in relation to a decaying world. It also speaks of finality of episodic
endurance, as opposed to the endurance and continuum connecting the
episodes perceived.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">When a man has
suffered from this fixation and has overcome it well, he is attributed
to a great cyclic understanding. His perception becomes endowed with a
comprehension of physics and numerative law, whilst also a sense of
purpose for which all cycles are given to.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Bearing
ill-will towards humanity is a sickness just as any observable physical
frailty. Not only does it cause illness within the individual as a
result, it can also be endemic to a condition usually brought on by
narcotics, blood-poisons or spiritual exercises which have caused an
organic displacement.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The reason for this
is that an individual’s physical and astral interpretative
comprehensions can be damaged in such a way that the individual has not
the usual protections given to him from impinging influences outside of
himself. It may not even be that he could be classed as ‘over-sensitive’
in an empathetic or specific way, but moreover just sensitive in
general – and painfully so. As a result of this most everyone around
them - and also the invisibles - become a constant aggravant experienced
by them. The ill-will felt grumbles away as something of a moaning
protest against this uncomfortable hardship known.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Coming to the Therapies and adopting their enlightened
reasonings will provide for corrections within the physical and astral
leakages as described. For the individual who has experienced this
suffering, when the weakness has been transcribed, it becomes one of
Prudence – whereupon the individual does not try to hurry into
experience prematurely, nor unguardedly.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">With respect to those who attempt to manipulate others, or require that
they are the leader, there is a presumption of mistrust and pessimism
placed upon all folk in general. This presumption assumes perhaps a
caring attitude, but is misguided because it denies the freedoms which
in truth are in place, regardless of their directings – at any time,
ever.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Such wilfulness can become exaggerated where any
or all behavior of themselves is excused by the individual who tries to
manipulate and force others to do their will. Within himself he or she
knows that it is indeed their own behavior which cannot be trusted and
during their own excusing there becomes a heightened and animated
accusing to follow!
<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">These tendencies are
eventually overcome by their own default, and when this is achieved the
transgressions give way to great humour within the soul.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">For when the will of another has been encountered, yet not
known how to be with, the humour uplifts the fellow out from his
accusiveness in a happy and warm response of humble perplexity.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">This
is a weekly exercise in which we become aware of the criticisms offered
by ourselves and by others and respond to them with the addition of
saying something incredibly pleasant.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">This can be done with humour, a
sense of the fantastic and be disproportionate to the concern …
responding with a tangible, palpable, surge of happy insight. It need
not have anything whatsoever to do with the subject at hand. Quoting
cheerful scripture, reciting exciting poetry or thoughtful, inspired
conjectures … these and other zealous pronouncements can be regarded as
‘invited’ by each and every criticism encountered.

<span style="font-family: "helvetica neue" , "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The results can be observed.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Finding a special tree

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">For this exercise we are to befriend a tree which hitherto has not had a special significance for us. This is to be a new tree to us, although preferably one which has been in the world for at least forty years or so.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">When you have identified a tree that you should like to be your special tree, go to it on the first day and count the main boughs which stem from the trunk.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Acknowledge the tree by exclaiming something complimentary to it.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Upon your second visit count the number of branches which stem from the boughs. Before leaving the tree, pronounce to it again, that which you think best describes your appreciation for its presence.

<span style="font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">On the third visit you can count the leaves. This does not have to be the entire amount of leaves, but upon any given branch you can summarize. If there are no leaves you may count the twigs. Before you depart tell the tree of your admirations. You can sing them if you wish. If you have difficulty bringing some compliments to mind to voice ... it would be best if you went in search of another tree.
